TRAINING TOPICS for GROUP LEARNING
TYPING T.I.P.S. is a foundational Enneagram Course to deepen understandings of personality structure itself, highlighting the critical differences between nine temperamental types, three centers of intelligence, developmental object relations, and triadic fundamentals of emotional regulation.
What exactly “is” an Enneagram type? What are we looking at and comprehending, type by type, through this study? What’s gained by developing one’s ability to skillfully work with this both ancient and modern spiritual-neurobiological system of human personality?
Particularly designed for coaches, therapists, and teachers — professionals working with people, learn to differentiate one type from another and why the differentiations matter. Why is accurate typing important? Why is it oftentimes an elusive challenge, one that can be confusing to multiplicitous, even for one’s own self-discovery? Why do a Type 4 and a Type 9, a Type 1 and a Type 5, or a Type 3 and a Type 7 oftentimes get confused for one another? Why are 6s often mistaken for 8s and 2s mistaken for 7s? How does inaccurate type assessment impair personal development and the potential for transfomation?
This is an 8–12 weeks course that covers Jungian principles, implications of physiology, system mastery, statement analysis, and narrative inquiry, and can be additionally customized to fit learning objectives, practitioners’ skillful means, and organizational applications.
